Day 11 - Find the Optimism! Today is a special post as we celebrate Henry, our Head Brewer! This guys is all things fantastic! He joined the team in July 2018 and acted as our point of contract during the entire build out of the brewery. He personally designed the layout of the brewing area and hit a home run! Fun Fact: Henry built our walk in cooler, who cares its not square (inside joke). He is a team player and true beer mastermind! He always goes out of his way to help someone in need! When we hired Henry we had a vision of the beers we wanted to make, after the 3rd beer, Henry said "let me make you a New England IPA". You might enjoy this beer... 2 Cloud 9... After that moment we gave Henry 100% creative freedom to brew whatever he wanted to make our customers happy.
In true style to Henry's talent... He just created this new Dry Hopped Sour - Hop Sour Optimistic! This is fricking awesome! LIKE A HUGE GLASS OF OJ! This sour is off the charts! Swing by and snag a 4 pack or growler today! We will start to deliver the week of 4.6.20 - look for details on social media.

Hey All! I will continue positive thoughts and energy until this is over! I wanted to share that I have connected with all the staff, and everyone is in good spirits, they miss our fantastic customers!! I would like to recognize 2 of our biggest and BEST customers! I know if I recognized them individually, the first person would hold it over the 2nd person... So today I recognize Chaz and Phil at the same time! These guys are fantastic to our staff and both big supporters of our team and brewery!
When we opened, these guys came to the brewery 4 times in one day... each time bringing more and more friends with them. In our first 24 hours of operations they helped share our message to more then 40 new customers! Thank you guys for your support and friendship! It truly means the world in these trying times! Stay positive and find the good!

Hey All!
Another day of positive energy and good thoughts! If we take care of our team, they will take care of our customers. This week was so hard for us at SDE as we needed to ask our team to hold off from working for 3 weeks, until we understand the end of this. So, we wanted to take a moment and recognize the amazing people who take care of you!

Day 2 of Positive Energy and Gratitude.

Today I would like to thank our good friend Ken Logwood. Now, this is a very special story!

We opened our doors on Friday November 16, 2018 and on Sunday November 18th at 11:02 Ken walked into our tap room.

Ken and I became good friends on that day. What is remarkable is that Ken has been to the brewery EVERY Sunday since we opened our doors. He has not missed one Sunday! His circle of friends are truly amazing people, the people we all wish we had as close friends!

Ken, on behalf of the entire SDE team, you are family and we are better company having you as a customer, we will be forever loyal to you! Much Love Buddy!

Settle Down Easy Brewing is taking every precautio

Settle Down Easy Brewing is taking every precaution to protect the health and well-being of our employees and customers and we are following all recommendations and guidance from federal, state and local governments to keep our workforce healthy and to continue to serve our wonderful customers.
At this time we are closing the taproom, and will remain open for pickup of growlers and cans to go. We will also be selling sixtels (1/6 kegs) for $120 (normally $150). We will be open Tuesday - Friday from 11:30 am to 9:00 pm.

We are also offering a special pricing for gift cards that can be when we return to normal operations. For $45 you will receive a $50 gift card and for $90 you will receive a $100 gift card. These can be purchased on our website: https://squareup.com/gift/RCD9JTJZS3DGA/order.

As conditions change we will notify our customers of any changes to our schedule.
