Spring Pierogi Festival Returns for Year Three

There’s something special about traditions that bring people together—and this spring, one of our favorites is back. The 3rd Annual SPRING Pierogi Festival is officially returning, and it’s shaping up to be our biggest and most flavorful celebration yet.

Hosted at Settle Down Easy Brewing, this year’s festival builds on everything guests have loved over the past two years while introducing new elements to elevate the experience. If you’ve joined us before, you already know the energy, the food, and the community make this event unforgettable. If you haven’t, this is the perfect opportunity to dive in—literally—to one of the most comforting and iconic dishes around.

At the heart of the festival are the pierogi themselves. Sourced from multiple vendors, these “puffed pillows of potato” will be served across several stations, giving guests the chance to sample a variety of flavors. Classic options like potato and cheese will be available alongside bolder twists such as potato and jalapeño. Each order includes six pierogi, making it easy to mix, match, and discover a new favorite.

But no pierogi experience is complete without toppings—and this year, we’re going all in. Expect a fully loaded topping bar featuring everything from sour cream and drawn butter to sautéed onions, diced bacon, ranch, and even queso from El Tio Tex-Mex Grill. Whether you prefer to keep it traditional or experiment with bold combinations, the possibilities are endless.

Of course, the food doesn’t stop there. We’re partnering with Stachowski’s Market to bring high-quality kielbasa to the festival, served sliced on skewers. Bratwursts will also be available, boiled and finished on the grill for that perfect snap and flavor. And for those looking to explore beyond the festival menu, the regular food stand will remain open throughout the event.

To complement the food, guests can enjoy a wide selection of craft beer—some of the best in Northern Virginia. Whether you’re pairing a crisp lager with classic pierogi or a hoppy IPA with something more adventurous, there will be no shortage of options to enhance the experience.

The festival atmosphere will be rounded out with live music, featuring a special performance by Aftermath. A small cover charge applies, with discounted pricing available for those who plan ahead.
