Dang… No. VA ABC law prohibits any outside alcohol on the premises. That said, we make damn good beer!
Yes, we offer reservations and request that groups 8 or more please call ahead to reserve a table. We are also available on Mondays and Tuesdays after 6pm for private events, please email [email protected] for more info.
We are a 36 seat Nano brewery, with multiple standing rails for you to enjoy your beer. We added an outdoor patio, which is open on weekends weather permitting.
YES WE DO! On Thursdays and Sundays we also offer 20% off growler fills.
We have a partnership with El Tio and will have a taco stand in the brewery. You can also call in your order and one of their awesome servers will deliver to our brewery… BUT… more news to follow (no outside food allowed at this time)
Bummer…. We are not allowed to have dogs inside the brewery. Service dogs are allowed inside per VA law (vest required). However, dogs are permitted outside in the patio area only. (We recommend calling ahead to ensure the patio is open before taking your pup).
Because our brewery has an open space concept, you can see everything! Depending on how busy we are, we can take you on tours of the space. Be on the looking out for special events with our Head Brewer hosting tours and brewing discussions.
We sell 1/6-barrel kegs from the tasting room. We require a $100 deposit on all keg sales.
We sure do! Please ask a Beer Guide for details.
100%! SDE is committed to contributing to charitable organizations in our community. Talk to us about supporting your organization for special events. We offer complimentary space for non-for-profits, and host for private events Monday – Tuesday and Wednesday.
Yep, we will have a modest selection of merchandise; however, as we grow we will offer a variety of shirts, glassware, hats, hoodies, stickers and so much more. We aspire to add new items during each season of the year! Don’t forget Privy Council gets first crack at merchandise!
While we are a family friendly environment, we’ve recently had to implement some “Rules of the Road” due to unattended children. Apparently their parents confused your favorite Brewery for a Chuck E. Cheese.
We also offer soft drinks, juice boxes, bottle water, and board games for the entire family.
